Why It Should Get Picked Up: So far, it's a fun read. It's a pretty fast-paced story and there are endless amounts of smackdowns. It's set in modern times with a good mix of fantasy and supernatural genre. It also makes fun of a lot of CN reincarnation/rebirth/transmigration genres, which is a surprising bonus.

I've read about 70+ chapters and I can't get enough of this. MTL wasn't really helping but I gotta say from the chapters I've read, it's been nonstop laughter once the MC (Li Xiao) started dealing her opponents their karmic retribution (especially her father) or when the opponents delivered themselves to their demise. So far, the half-sister, Li Qianfei, has been a recurring villainess.

I honestly wished Li Xiao had dealt with her earlier on... but I'm not even halfway into the novel, I really should keep from passing judgments, for now.

Apart from that, this novel doesn't really take itself seriously. It's mocking a lot of overused genres by exaggerating it in this novel. It has elements of "Rebirth of the Evil Mother-in-Law" and "My Whole Family are Villains", and probably a whole smattering of novels of the same genre. I hope somebody will pick this up or let me know if this is worth the read or not.
