The strongest I have seen is the MC of Instant Death (https://www.novelupdates.com/series/instant-death/). He can kill at will and it cannot be stopped. It is more of a conceptual phenomenon than an attack. MC wills death, and so shall it be. It is like how 1+1=2, it just is. by the way, you should try The Legendary Mechanic (sometimes the transcendental mechanic but whatever) as a solid read. You could also try Abyss Domination but like Legendary Mechanic it is on webnovel (qidian) and thus will require spirit stones Last thing: it isn’t exactly transported into a game world and it is more of a VR story, but Thriller Paradise is also a solid read though translations of it are around 200ish so far
Now that you mention it he might be the strongest yet as it is like a natural phenomenon if nobody can defy all logic (well that already defies any logic haha) and natural cause. I think i read about an isekai which nullifies insta death skill (it was mc Overlord i think. Not sure though...). Wil try to find those webnovel. I think i still have a few spirit stones for that. I don't think that would work in this case seeing as the Instant Death resistance is usually to spells that cause Instant Death. The MC from Instant Death is basically death itself. He can even kill things that aren't alive and even kill concepts. Even if the resistance worked, he could probably just kill the resistance first, then then proceed with killing the person with the resistance themselves.
