There's this girl who got transmigrated into a story or something and she went into this girl who became the bride of that male lead. At that time, they were both still kids and the guy was really cute and sensitive? (i'm not sure). In the original story, I think the girl was married off for money or something and she was cursed or had some disease and was not nice to her husband. The transmigrated girl was really caring about her husband and I think she dabbled in medicine or herbs or something. There was a war and her husband became this great general and she would send him letters frequently, but he never received them because of some interference from the church or temple. The transmigrated girl still had the disease but she found some sort of cure and all she did was cough out blood. Also, in the original story, the guy was meant to be with some other lady he saved, but now he cares for his wife so he doesn't like that lady. Meanwhile, there's like factions among his people shipping him and his wife versus him and the lady he saved.

Chotto!!! I haven't read it too! But if its Korean then it's understandable that's there's a drama waiting for you. Maybe it's a good novel. But really, when I read this thread I feel that this Novel will get a lot of misunderstanding that will make your stomach ache. I wonder why kr novel love this kind of dramas so much.
They were cute together before the ML went to the war. Post-war, I disliked him because as a Duke, he didn't use his authority to discipline his subordinates who belittled the MC, the same ones who wanted him to be together with the princess he brought home due to the royal order, I think. But, it seems that he has started to change in the recent chapter so I'll just give him the benefit of the doubts first
