Its not just an entire school. Its an entire area. As if included a market and a grade school, school.

 

Shinka no Mi is the entire school, not just 1 class.

 

It's a secluded school on a mountain that has 2 departments (mid school & high school), 4 dormitories (2 for each dept, separated by gender), staff building, classrooms and club buildings.

You could argue that it's an area that has been transported but technically it's still a whole school.

In "monster no goshujin sama" everybody in the school get transported, but some have special abilities and others don't. Which causes a rift between them.

In Maid Will Go on Through Thick and Thin! it seems that the whole school (apart from the teachers?) has been transported away. Then again, there are few chapters out still, so it's not perfectly clear yet.
