    Oh, I've forgot to put the negation. A period of time in wich if you don't correct you'll lose the right to correct. For example, what will happen if you were to edit all your posts? The topic will lose it's meaning.

    isn't that just similar necroing though. If negation is implemented, then the people who writes at original compositions will be affected.

    Is my english that bad or what? To be clear, if, for example, I write something wrong, if in an interval of time (for example, 5 minutes) I won't correct what I wrote then that correction won't be possible anymore.

    I get what you mean. There are time stamps though on the lower right of your forum post after you edit it for some time. People will still know if you edit your post. The poster who edited his/her own post can do what Lachiel suggested or write EDIT or something along the lines below his post.

    Additionally, it's kinda moot to edit something when it was piled up by discussion. If you're going to argue with someone, the quoting system is a fail-safe to editing.
