I remember reading a novel where the MCs job is like the legendary truck-kun that can send send someone to another world, I remember he has a system for that and he was the one that provides the so called golden finger and every time those he sent to another world levels-up I think, he gets some points to buy/send/or other actions that spend his so called points.
I know one parody manga with kinda similar theme: Isekai Transporter. Not really answering your thread, but it's quite funny btw
