    No... how could a mere hyuman have the power to be his follower?

    Even the high ranking Lich now known as Shiki needed Makoto to weaken himself with Sakei and give Shiki a boost with Makoto's old rings.

    Fourth follower is a shrine maiden that came with the temples that the gods (Susanoo and the rest) gift Makoto. Basically a shrine maiden, Makoto named her... Tamaki or something... I forget her name. Anyway, she hasn't been introduced to the story yet.

    You are close, she is the otherworlder miko that the gods send to serve under makoto, she has no name so makoto named her, Tamaki if i am right, and she is pretty much a yamato nadeshiko character and calls makoto danna-sama

    When they return to asora after Limia visit, a "weird" building will appear suddenly on asora and tamaki will be inside, i think in a couple of chapters she will appear

    MTL-ing the raws

    Also, new girl originally called herself Touda (トウダ), Makoto wanted to name her Sakura (桜, Cherry Blossom) but some reason changes his mind to rename her Tamaki (環, Ring、circle, or loop). Just some extra tidbits.
