https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1286599243/monster-sanctuary-monster-taming-metroidvania You play the demo of the game for free on the Steam Store page for the game (on the right hand side where it says - Demo). This other games Kickstarter isn't doing as well so that is why I am sharing these two game I found recently. It looks amazing. The overworld map reminds me of Neverwinter Nights 2 Storm of Zehir, which I found a lot of fun. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/ceresgames/realms-beyond-ashes-of-the-fallen
1 game I only saw and don't played but it's got repetitive quite fast and it's more or less a Pokémon 2 game the gif don't have spears so I'm not gonna play (for real add spears to the games I'm bored of swords. Developers I beg you)
The problem I have with kickstarter games is that they are almost always really short. Like less than 5 hours of content short.
While I never heard of Monster Sanctuary before, it seems like an interesting game. As such, it makes me want to try playing the game demo out of curiousity since it might be a good game. I also never heard of Realms Beyond: Ashes of the Fallen. Unlike Monster Sanctuary, I am not sure if I want to play it though.
I don’t get it, aren’t there already games like this out there? Is it because it will be on steam and more accessible that it’s getting hyped?
I wonder if this will bump it? The Kickstaters are about to end. I am looking forward to seeing them one day.
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1286599243/monster-sanctuary-monster-taming-metroidvania It has less than 10 hours to go but they made 100k target goal, which is great.
