There are generally two types of 'Systems' when it is all boiled down. The first type is a 'Personal System', which can either be an RPG-type, talent type, transformation, or cultivation system. All of these are centered around people directly on a personal level. The second type is the 'Universal System'. This type governs the 'rules' of a world, cosmos, or universe(s). It can be tied to the Personal System, like in VRMMO's; or it could be the 'rules of heaven' or 'heavenly laws' in cultivation systems. This sort represents the governing forces of whichever reality. You can have one or the other or a mix of both. Lol. In truth any 'system' is based upon progression, and even our own real-life reality could be explained the same way. The laws of physics, for example. Thermodynamics. The growth, division, and decay of individual living cells. The definition of a 'system' is a step-by-step progression through the process. Heh.
It's certainly a system, when paired with hardware it tricks users into spending more and more money on different add ons and accessories just to have all the same functions as a PC. So it is a system of shamelessly coning more money out of the customers.
Can anyone recommend a good crafting webnovel. Im reading Modern Age Online, Spending my retirement in a video game, and Age of God's but I'm caught up and need more. I am not super big on the whole cultivation, xuxia genre though. I would prefer English/western novels. I've read a bunch of Korean, Chinese, and Japanese ones but alot I'd them get repetitive and are either poorly translated or have weird sayings that through me off
