its Been a while since I’ve read it so I don’t remember much. I know she transmigrated and in the last life she was a famous doctor or a doctor assassin. Face slapping happens within her family and she leaves it to make a hospital or maybe it was a place to sell herbs/medicine. She finds the ML but he’s clingy and has lost his memories and want to stay with her. Bla bla bla happens and she’s in another part of the world and meets a fat foody that’s a prince and figured out he can’t cultivate cause he’s been poisoned and make him skinny and able to cultivate and then that’s where the story is either not being updated anymore or that’s where I left it last time.
