Why would we care about some stupid laws anyways? .. we break laws everyday anyways by doing stupid shit on the internet ... the whole internet is almost illegal itself cuz of all the collected data on us.

 

They want to ban the loli mostly it seems, but should things escalates well... I guess they might actually ban all visual and drawn material all over the world should the idea ever find more supporters from other (more) countries (I think this might actually become a bigger problem than what is actually mentioned )

Why wouldn't we? If UN decides to ban Japan's Manga/Anime/Hentai which is a good surplus of income for Japanese economy. They will essentially be equal to Chinese Tyranny. I will certainly write a letter to Swedish UN represantitives and ask if UN has gotten so corrupted and Incest screwed that they can't open their bloody eyes to the difference between Reality and Fantasy.

I can understand if UN decides to enforce a measure that says, every Hentai/MAnga has to add " Reality is not Fantasy " as a slogan on the front pages or so. Like Sweden has "Smoking kills" on cigarette packages. That would be more Beneficial than outright banning something that doesn't harm ANYONE. At most, disgust some.

Only reason he managed to reverse the sentence (after being sentenced for having CP and appealing it twice) was because eventually he got away with it by him being a translator of manga so he didn't get them specifically and they were just some few among a lot more.

So in other words, even at the highest court they judged that hentai is CP.


And iirc when I checked it out years ago, the highlighted image was of two lolis with light clothing. (i.e. it was ero rather than hentai)

And now I remember something else... If I remember correctly how they judged whether or not it was CP was based on the breastsize? So I do wonder what would happen if the artist drew large boobs (which isn't uncommon even on loli), or if it was shota? Penis size?

The world is going to hell. Ive only been in this world for almost 30 years and yet the last 15 of them has been a living hell. i remember when the internet became really popular when i was 14-15. Was always on Myspace and 4chan back then alot of fun things to do and read. Used to read lots of manga which was sent on links on 4chan back then(since i was to poor to buy books from japan=().

Yes banning Child porn is ok and should have happend alongtime ago.

But what is next?... Right now im into Cultivation novels and manga and i spend like 4-5 hours per day reading this outside work or other social things.

Tbh instead of spending tax payers money on bullshit stuff and acually fix the wrong in the world like those guys in the UN who fucking uses child soldiers .. or stop funding warlords?.... might wanna do that instead of aiming your attention on old stuff.
