DMCA claim?

edit: didn't read OP first time all the way through thought it was an original work not a translation. If you don't own the english translation then you cannot do anything.

 

I sent an email to the DMCA email at the bottom of the website. Does anyone know when I can expect a reply?

There are several same cases like this. Be it translated work, or original one. Forgotten Conqueror is one of the original one. Some people want money more than anything and they'll do anything to get it, reposting is one of them. You only need to copy and paste, and post it and you get free money

 

Unless you actually have permission from the publisher/author of the novel to translate, good luck getting a DMCA through lol. There's a report function, use that. That's really the only way, and atleast it seems to have been mostly working.

 

There is a report option at the bottom the novel page that you can use.

I think it's not reportable when it's a copyright violation. Also, the chapters have been removed as of right now.

There are lots of attention W#PEEP OwO. There was once someone in a site, who claimed to have drawn the final fantasy X art and then apologised for lying afterwards cuz i pointed out the flaws.

Translator actually owns the translations even if they don't have permission from the author.. iirc reason why some translators for jp novels back then checks to see if the english publisher took and use their translations so that they can sue the publisher if they did.

Authors and Publisher company can get the translators to take down their translations but the author and publisher can't use the translators' translations

 

Also the reason why QI hasn't reuploaded the translations of literally every Qidian novel listed on Novel Updates, and why they pay unauthorized translators to use their work.
