Well, there's a romance tag... But, as this is a JP manga I'm really suspicious about whether there really is romance or not. We all know that a romance tag in any JP story doesn't necessarily mean there will be romance. So, can a kind soul help me out here?

in case you didn't know This is sequel to Mahou Sensei Negima and there are so many characters and events that will apear and be mentioned so i suggest read that one first
Don't expect romance in a harem genre of a JP manga with a dense MC.(He does not even know how kids are born)
thank you for reminding me that this manga existed lol and yeah, there is romance, although it is not the main theme. so, expect no more than few chapters in between each arcs for mc's little romance story to progress
It won't have romance until very recent chapters so if it's harem it'll take hundreds of chapters to get there. It's more the beta harem with lots of girls around but no actual romance until he hits it off with one girl or something.
I stopped reading for a while to pile up chapters but dem, not her of all the heroines, she is kinda stale to me. Evangeline is still the best girl even in the prequel Negima, followed by the mangirl, and then the shorthaired one.
There are several rom-com twists and potential candidates, but as of the current chapter MC has been dating for some time one of them.
I'm way behind on the manga, but, anyway, MCxEva is OTP. The other girls are no competition, really. I'm going to kill the author if they don't end up together. No, I mean that literally. Plane tickets and knives aren't that expensive. How are you going to call him beta when Spoiler he storms straight into her office and proposes marriage the second he realizes he has feelings for her ??? What? Because they don't smash right there on the desk??? Ain't a timid bone in the kid's body.
