My username is the name of a character from a comic I liked reading as a kid, it's also became my childhood nickname while the number 14 is for July 14 which is my B-day As for my avatar, until recently I never felt the need to add one since I'm mostly lurking anyway. But on new year, I suddenly decided to be a little bit more active and finally add an image. I saw that Google has drawing of Penguins on their logo during January 1st and thought eh good enough
