I was reading this novel on a different website, so i don't think it is on novelupdates. Here is what i remember: The male MC wakes 10 years later up in an hospital and is confronted with the thruth that 99% of the male population died. He had a disease which is the reason for his long sleep. His direct family is enstranged from a big clan. His task is to impregnate the woman of his clan so that the clan can survive. Later in the story he discovers that he can use magic, but i don't think it was flashy magic. It was not really visible, more like reading minds or seeing the erogenous zones of his partners. And i remember that the story had 100+ chapters (2 years ago). It is NSFW. I'd say from the writing style that the novel is either japanese or an orginial work. Thank you in advance for your help
