This might be a little difficult since these are the only clues we have: • He might've called himself "Hail" or "Mikhail" here. • He draws really well. • He's a kid. If you find someone with these traits, kindly ask them "what did the mermaid say to the pirate?" Depending on their answer, this is the only way we can confirm that that they are the real Hail. You could probably find him by using the search button It's that spyglass at the top of the page, click it and open up the more feature and you can use keywords to track down the 20 y/o shota.
