Oxytocin is the infamous "love" hormone that gets released during intimate moments and makes you bond emotionally with someone! oo Today I had a rush of oxytocin when the person I like said something really sweet that made me feel extremely tingly and shivery inside, even though that person wasn't even trying to be romantic and did it entirely by accident. It just happened to touch the right heartstrings at a really sentimental point, so all of a sudden I felt myself feel all full of love!! After that I squeezed my significant other really really really really tightly and didn't want to let go and suddenly thought they smelled really really nice, and that's when I realized.... I'm having a rush of oxytocin! Whatever words they were, they triggered a massive release of oxytocin from my brain, and silly chemicals are making my body feel tingly and warm!
