So I've seen quite a lot of posts about HxH that goes like this "what I watched, what I expected, what I got" last time I saw one the last pic was a soldier with a thousand yard stare. I'm 2-3 episodes away from the start of season 4 (Hisoka swapped his fortune with a different one) and so far not one moment has struck me as to dark. I was lead to believe that it was going to get super dark. Don't get me wrong I love the show but was I memed?
No because there's quite a lot of dark moments from the onset. Eg. Kurapka's past, Leerios past was also sad, Killua's family's behaviour You should just keep an eye out Plus the chimera ant arc is what's usually considered to be the best/darkest arc
The new animation make the show became like a kid show u can't feel the pain of gon before he became super saiyan.
