Honestly, let me start by saying I made an account just to write a review for this book. I've read almost all of the popular novels on this website and most of the low key ones as well. I have to say this takes number 1 by far in terms of romance and character growth and just an overall happy story. There are no really sad tragedies and I just absolutely love this story and I wish it was picked up by another translator since it has stopped for three months now. "

I think many of us agree with zeklord.
It was very high on Novel Updates ranking in the past and it is in my opinion the best novel of his genre. It was popular enough to have several sponsored chapters in the queue before the translator disappered, so finding readers won't be a problem for whoever picks it up.

It's been past 3 months. Or does NU have a new policy now where a TL can "hold" a translation for X amount of time?
3 months is already past that point.

 

It's more along the lines of no one would want to touch it without acquiring a license at the moment.

 

Well that's their (whoever wants to pick it up) prerogative if they want to or not.
I was just saying that the OP can make this request. If it will be picked up however, I don't know.

 

3 months if and if only there are no news or planned by translator. TL and GT clearly mentioned they are trying to get licensed 1st before continuing. That's mean other people will need to pay fees or dropping the novel after license is acquired. Waste of money, time and many more things.

 

Usually if there are reasons 3 months aren't important, in any case translators don't want to battle, if someone instead wants he don't need to wait 3 months.

When and where did you read that yunchii? And is GT gravity tales? Because the translator was ash and i don't get what he has to do with GT.

Anyway 3 months have passed so anyone can pick this up and i'd love if someone did.

I don't think that's a good enough reason to stop other translators from picking this up, even more so when that explanation came 2 months after stopping the translation and it's also possible/likely that GT won't ever get the license.

 

I found that sketch as well.
TL doesn't say one word for two months, then suddenly when readers are getting restless he chimes in for a post or two to say that he hasn't dropped it.
I'm skeptical on the license as well. It took WW like a month(?) at most to get their licenses, and while GT is smaller, it shouldn't take 3+ months if the talks are going well.
Although I don't know the inner workings, so just call this me ranting.

Htl didn't translated MC's surname correct. And this series need a professional editor.

Ash is going to continue working on this if his earlier claims are valid but I hope he correct his earlier mistakes.

Almost 3 months that has not been updated..anyone knows what happen? Or does the author drop ths?..if so kindly pick this up because it is one of the most enjoyable,and it an adventure with romantic-comedy stories with shameless but intelligent mc.

 

The translator has said that they are in the middle of a licensing deal with the publisher and also trying to move the novel to Gravity Tales.
