    It's old and i don't remember much of the movie except the fact that the ML is a man and in the movie he has been infected/cursed and has become a werewolf and has been to an asylum because they think he is mad and in the end decided to prove to him that it was all in his head by putting under the fullmoon but he transforms and flee.

    One of the Howling movies, maybe?

    Well the actor and the actress: Song Jong Ki and Park Bo Young respectively are huge stars

    You might have watched Descendants of the Sun or Oh My Ghostess which both of them starred in separately
