I know some people’s sleep can be messed up. I on the other hand, have the perfect sleep schedule, and my biological clock is amazing as well. Do I go to sleep at 6-9pm then wake up at 6 AM. However, some times at night I randomly wake up at 1-5AM. I may wake up at like 1-3AM go back to sleep wake up agin 4-5AM. It’s always like this I don’t know why my body is like this. But the neat thing is if I tell my self to wake up at 3AM before I go to bed, I wake up around 3AM. I mostly wake up at this time to get stuff done, that is my homework. It’s perfect because my mind feels fresh in the morning, and I don’t have deal with annoying siblings. I can also have a crap ton of free time, 3pm(home from school)-7Pm(our bed time). My family’s a sleep in the mornings, and it seems like I’m the only like this. I don’t why. I also like to sleep during the day as well, and when I do I become a night owl. It’s weird, in summer my sleep schedule is way different. It’s completely messed up. Although when school rolls around my body some how goes back to its normal schedule. Like it goes back to normal the night before the 1st day of school. And I somehow Magically wake up st 6:00 sharp! Even before the alarm(6:05.) I jus’ if I’m the only one, and I think this might change when senior year rolls around.
