Discussion What’s your sleeping schedule?

    Usually, I sleep at 12 am midnight and wake up at 7.30am.
    It is automatic wake up without alarm (I really hate alarm).

    But after doing midnight anime marathon for 3 consecutive days... It seems shifted to 1.30am-8.30am, and I have no idea how to return it back.

    my sis has experienced that once, she said there was something moving around, and it look ed human to her.

    I told her we’re safe and that she hallucinating, and that they’s No need to be scared. I kinda wanna experience it myself jus to see what’s it like.

    It's not only once for me. Sometimes I can around a week getting sleep paralysis nonstop, anytime I barely close my eyes. It's the worst. Ends up being a cycle of hallucinating, not wanting to sleep, feeling tired and then falling asleep and napping a lot during the day.
    But if you can safely experience it without getting caught up in the cycle, good luck

    I ever experienced that sleep paralysis before. It usually happens when I sleep off schedule.

    It feels like you lose control over your body, but you are still awake. I tried to open my eyes and move my hand, but to no avail. Then, I start hearing strange sound everywhere. I felt panic and tried really hard to open my eyes. When my eyes did open... wtf... I saw a lot of white things flying around. Sometimes they materialize into faceless girl with scary teeth, monster, or whatever that scare me.

    But if you can calm yourself and get past through that, I read from somewhere that you can get lucid dream. I always failed, though...

    Actually think that's better then the reverse of this phenomenon. Both women I had a long term relationship with told me I was very active during my nightmares as I slept.

    Workday sleep at 00:00. Wake up between 06 to 07, sometimes overslept to 08.

    Weekday sleep at 02:00 wake up in 10.00

    Between 9.00 pm ~ 11.00 pm till 4.30 am ~ 5.00 am, except around weekend.
    I woke up around 9.00 am in weekend.

    Work in the evening to midnight. Sleep 3-4 hours at the remaining nighttime. Do part times another 4 hours at 9 AM. Then sleep again 4 hours or so.

    I "go to bed" at 11ish but end up reading for a few hours. :sweating_profusely:

    I sleep before midnight and wake up at varying times(8 am-10 am), though I sometimes take naps during the afternoon.

    2. wear a sleeping mask
    You can also look into this thing called sleep hygiene.

    All of the above is a good idea...accept for the nicotine one....that might make you sleepless if you don't have it. :cool::cool::cool:

    Try getting when ever you can, or jus sleep when you want to.
    Try sun bathing, I mean try sleeping in areas where it’s warm and sunny, and silent. It works great.
    Try putting your phone a way before you go to sleep at night, and try turning off any light source. Also if you’re using computer at night have your room light on, because the light difference between, the computer’s light and the room you’re in. Your eyes can strain you, and it sometimes makes me tried and sleep. Mostly my too tired, and strained so I end up going to sleep. I guess it’s maybe becuz of the light difference is that big.
    Also listening to calming can maybe help, my sister does this I don’t like it. I prefer to sleep in total darkness and silence, and she doesn’t like that. Man it sucks to share a room with two sisters.

    I usually sleep after 2 am, and wake up a bit before 7...
    Go to school 6 minutes after the bell rings, having to run a marathon each time so I don't get any absences...

    You know, the usual.

    I sleep from 11pm to 7am if my biological clock doesn't decide to make me super sleepy at 7pm or wake up at midnight for no reason in particular.

    Sadly, those things happen pretty often... T.T
