I think it’s safe to say a lot of us on this website don’t sleep as much as we should. And there are those of us who like me are insomniacs who can’t get to sleep at times. What do you do when you can’t sleep? What kind of things do you try? There are the usual stuff like having hot milk/cocoa, listening to calm music etc. But are there anything unusual that you do as well that you think helps you? There are times where I’ve had coffee at night and I feel it does help me get to sleep. But that could be my imagination haha. So what’s your trick to getting to sleep?
