I just close my eyes, thinking "go to sleep, dammit" for some times and when i open my eyes, its the next day
wake up early dont sleep during the day no matter how tired you are and eat little before going to bed. make a routine and stick to it and dont be lazy and sleep for more than required or you will feel more lazy.
fap, try meditating while lying in bed, yawn as often as possible, keep awake until I fall aasleep oh, and try to think of everything as boring as possible
Glad to hear it. Just don't think too much about sleeping. The more you think about it, the more unlikely it becomes for you to fall asleep. Let your thoughts wander, I say.
Read more novel... or watch more anime. or play more games. sometimes if I fall asleep my phone will fall unto me and force me to awaken. some caffeine and cigar also help
after the fourth nut i fall asleep pretty quick. Sometimes too quick tho. Clean up gets iffy on those times. The next morning crust seems less worrisome too.
Step 1: Have a mania attack multiple times and just go insane for 2 weeks. Step 2: Be diagnosed with Bipolar disorder. Step 3: Wait until they give you sleeping pills to prevent another mania attack Or you know just listen to podcasts I would personally recommend the sleepycast. That's my formula to sleep soundly 8 hours everyday.
My trick was to buy a laptop. Place it on a stool next to bed and hop into bed and read. By resting my head on the pillow while reading. I naturally fall asleep. By having it on stool, there is also less risk of me, knocking it over.
I find as a person who had a hard time to sleep my whole life, that the best thing to do is to actually try to sleep(no book, games, anime or novel) then to take my mind of things I will fantasize about other worlds.
Currently, my summer vacations are ongoing. I don't fall asleep in the night, so I stay awake till I can have my breakfast, then I sleep with a messed up routine. During my college semester, I am perpetually tired and fall asleep with my laptop on by 11 all the time, and I sleep till about 9, when the mess closes for breakfast.
Lol I don't fall asleep easily too... but some tricks that sometimes work is drinking chamomile tea, or staying up for more than 24 hours or so until I'm finally tired and faint dead asleep. ^^ (Chamomile tea works wonders though. For real.)
