Digital Painting should be it... are you looking for some sort of specific style or what in particular?

    In what sense? The style?

Styles can vary dramatically, especially in Digital Painting which has near infinite brushes.

Is there a name for this style?
Like how thick the brush strokes should be or something

I'm not sure, but it looks like the artist used watercolor (because of the texture).. Maybe you'll find some good ones if you use that keyword.

There are brush packs with examples, since brushes can be custom made and thousands if not millions exist, you should look at digital brush pack examples. I do see an angle strokes like effect on the image.

Was watercolor what you were looking for? I thought so at first too but when I zoomed in it looked a bit different : /

That's the thing about digital painting, there is literally no limit to the amount of digital brushes. You can even draw in one than put layers and tones in many others

I am a complete amateur at painting or art
It may not be watercolor, but that's the only clue I got here so far
If you know what style this is, it would be really helpful

yes, yes. It looks like it's done with hard strokes not possible to do with watercolors, but it looks almost the same. So I thought, maybe it's the texture? So I suggested it. Anyway, you can also achieved this effect with right filters, textures, and brushes on Photoshop so there are a lot of possibilities. ^^
