    I listen to music at full volume. It drowns out my bad thoughts. What about you?

    Sometimes I cut myself with a blunt knife it does no harm and it’s a old habit from when I used a sharp blade I always get the urge to do it so I use a blunt blade

    I hate this feeling.

    Tears contain a number of stress hormones and other chemicals. It's really helpful. I love crying. :blobjoy:

    I'm guilty for this sin too, but I hope you're not wearing headphones to listen to music in full volume? That'd be really bad for your ears

    I usually watch cat videos to distract myself but this way I got myself stuck in anxiety-distraction feedback loop and that's not healthy as well

    Hmmm.... When I anxious, I subconsciously bite my nails and that calms me down. Or I pace around the room when im really so anxious and panicking, telling myself to chill while doing inhale exhale breathing exercise huhuhu

    I usually distract myself with either reading more novels, watch some yt videos for a few hour, or spam someone in nuf~

    I turn the light off and lie down on my bed with a cloth covering my eyes. Silence and darkness calms me down. It's just my house is never silent as long as my mom is awake. So I wear earphones and play white noise.
