i don't usually have trouble falling asleep (maybe because i'm pretty young)but creating random scenarios in my head usually do the trick. For example you could imagine with your eyes closed what it would be like transmigrating into your favorite novel. it that doesn't work sometimes i read a book (not one thats online but a actual book) not usually paperback, i have a kindle so... but that tires my eyes. I would definitely go for a not so engaging book or else you may stay up all night finishing it but those methods work for me. Also I would sleep with your phone and other devises in another room I guess you could exercise before bed so your tired as well?
