Question What does it mean by "translation group desired" on Web Novel

    I was thinking about getting some experience translating for Web Novel, but what does it mean by "translation group desired"? So, do I have to be in a translation group or something?

    Maybe they want to recruit a translation group instead of individuals. Since translation group usually already have a lot of novels translated, so they can instantly put that novel translation on webnovel

    currently they are also using mtl for a ton of novels. I wouldn't be surprised if they rather have groups come in and pick these up. Though from what I have seen the pay is poor and it is not shocking they are mtling most of their newer novels now.
