The meaning of life is to court death, ask others to kowtow and call you granddaddy, 'tsk tsk' at every occasion, belittle your sect juniors and commoners, annoy jade beauties, snatch artefacts, and threaten to beat people up over a restaurant seat that you wanted to have.
The way people answer this question varies greatly at different stages in life. During childhood, it rarely crosses our minds. As teenagers, we tend to ponder it frequently, more for amusement than anything else. But as adults, the question can become a source of frustration, and we may feel directionless without a satisfying answer. Once we become parents, we may even forget that we were once preoccupied with this question. Finally, in old age, the question may no longer hold any importance as we are old enough for the answer to no longer matter.

To my experience, Life itself is the meaning of life and that life view the living sight we vision in our situation. In other words, life can be anything what you want it to be because each human being have different journey in this world. And that journey can be extraordinary, ordinary, bloody, peaceful, or you can stay in stage one forever.. But if one day you are stuck and you probably want to change because you feel like your life is meaningless and questioning what life is. You are probably just at the start of your journey. What is life? Life is life itself It creates, lives, learn, and die, And repeat. When I was a teenager I assume that when we die we become part of the earth like gravity or wind or something along the line. We hold on to the earth without knowing and those who been holding in the first batch will reincarnate back and the cycle begun. I stopped questioning that when I started to get older because I already found my answer.. it might not be for everyone but it is for me. The most important for me is to spend time improving my situation and taking care of my love one. Well I hope you get your answer someday.
There's none, you decide the meaning to it. It's different for everyone and that's also the good thing about it. Because you got a choice and it's in your hand, in your control what your life is and will be about. But not everyone is capable on finding a suitable meaning of life so they turn to faith, dedicating their life to their family or to some cause. Some uses their profession as their calling which motivates them to live and contribute to society. Without meaning, majority of people will fall through a depressive state and decline. I seriously don't think you'll get good answers here with a bunch of us chuni.

You've never heard it answered because there is no definite or universal answer for it. The answer depends on every individual and where they are in their path. And you have to settle with that because it's not as if you can counter others' way of looking at life anyway. It's like saying the way they live their life is not the right way toward the real meaning of life. Try to pave your way into life and you might find your own meaning that's worth telling one day.
Biologically? To reproduce. Rationally? To live a fulfilling life. Spiritually? You can pick whichever one you want from the stack of 9999 religions that call themselves the "actually real one fr fr no cap".

Simple, the meaning of life is to do what you like and have fun. This may sound too basic and is prone to easy misunderstandings like people who do extreme things and say yolo. Well, yolo is true but your life lasts an average of 70 years, not the next few minutes. So whatever you do, it is to help yourself and the ones you love do what they like and have fun throughout these years even if you have to do things you dislike for a part of it. If what you like is to have a simple life and chill, do that. If you want to leave a mark on the world, then do that.
