For cases like this I use an extension called "Image Search Options". Due to how the attatchments at this forum work, the most useful of it's search sites, SauceNAO, cannot read them, but thankfully it also has Google Search, which has returned me the webmanhwa titles "I lost the Leash on the Yandere Male Lead".
