Discussion What is your strongest memory from childhood?

Mine was particularly the tower of time. I know not why, but in the distant past, I dreamed that I fell from the tower of time, when I was a child. Surprisingly, I forgot about this, but somewhere in the timeline, I remembered it clearly. Strangely, what I saw as I fell were things and people I've never seen during my childhood. This is what convince me, I was in a tower, and this tower was time. I fell in a spiral, as my surroundings shown railways curving along the walls, portraits of people hanged on the walls, and other things I didn't know of being projected in various instances. Everything was blurry with shades of bronze/gold and black/white, like as if I watching an old documentary clip on history flashing before my eyes.

Perhaps this is all fabrication or alteration of my current memories of that timeline, but I'm sure. I remember falling for a long period of time within the tower, as I stared at what was happening to me, and before I woke up from the dream. I recall looking at something at the top of the tower, but I can't recall what I saw, because the dream ended there. Quite the dream I had when I very young, but it was also my first nightmare.

Finding porn for the first time.

 

Probably being chased by a T-Rex in my neighborhood or my house and family being destroyed in a tornado. Both of these are vivid nightmares I remember even now to the last detail.

 

My dream:
I have to save my kidnapped father with my superpowers (flight, invisibility, phase through objects).
Vague montage of fight & adventure to the glass tower where my dad is locked
That's my father! I can see him! I will save you, father!

But before that, let's play hide and seek with the other kids. Inside the tree is a perfect hiding spot, they'll never find me! Muahaha!

Oh no! I got stuck! Now i cannot save my father!

Wakes up in distress

 

Waking up in hospital with a drip in my arm.
I've hated needles ever since.

 

It was the moment when I understood why childrens shouldn't drive (This is a true story from my childhood till 15years old)
When I was ten, I took the car keys from dad without telling him(actually I didn't tell anyone so I guess I just stole them, I mean they were there in front of me and no one was looking, so I took them), sneaked outside the house towards the parked car, got in and...
Well let's just say, I made the car jump and nearly got into an accident with another car on the road

 

I can hear spirit talking to me, it was weird. dunno what you mean. I was alone during childhood wondering around the bamboo and stuff.

 

I'm surprised that we had the same kind of nightmare, except it's a lot fuzzier in my case.. I often had that dream till I got an acrophobia in my teen.. the worst part was when I hit the ground, I'd be awaken with lingering fear for some time...

I don't believe in supernatural shit but I vividly remember a tall shadow figure staring at me through a window and I even pointed it to my Father and he didn't see anything while it was still standing there.
My naive self just went outside to confront it but it was gone.

 

I was inside a white house without any doors and the windows were beyond my reach(height wise).
And even though i couldn't see outside, somehow i knew i was in the middle of a large grass field in the middle of nowhere

I remember I can't read until early 2nd grade on elementary school~ I even can't wrote my own name which all other student on same grade can do it~ I was called the dumbest~ I was fastest on counting money tho~

 

Dream of sucking milk directly from breast.
I'm some kind of pirate in one piece universe and a woman offer me to drink milk and so i do.

This happened when I'm in primary school.

and dang i can still taste it after i woke up in the morning.




Also dream of swimming through sewers from toilet in somekind of a haunted house and dream of falling from a cliff chased by hundreds of ghosts

 

I remember my mom telling me that if I don't sleep, witches will come to get me because it's full moon. I alwayd wanted to see a witch so I stayed up all night staring at the moon, waiting for a witch to fly by. Nothing happened until the sunrise. It was one of the biggest disappointment of my childhood.

 

We're talking about dreams from childhood? I though the topic was about childhood memories..

If it's dream, i remembered a few but i dont remember when it happened.
One time i dream about getting caught up in a rundown house and somehow meet a zombie/ghoul. I then threw a chackram or disk like weapon at it then fought ghost left and right.
Another time i got chased by something then someone riding a low-ceiling car picked me up. Then proceed to tell me that he was from the future and was one of my descendent.

 

chased by stray dog several times on my way home. had dream about it as well.

until now i cant get near any dog at all.
