So, I was in a shop, went there to print an ID card, when I noticed a dusty corner, untouched for years. It was filled with things children no longer buy, such as quilling sets, rubics cube, pen holders, chess, ludo, globe, etc, etc. Among that, I saw modelling clay, and being filled with nostalgia, I bought it. So, now, I have like 200g of modelling clay, and i quite don't know what to do... My skill is like, the best I can do is to make a ball, so don't expect me to make figurines of anime characters. So, welp, what to do with this thing?
Make the most beautiful ball out of that 200g of modelling clay, paint it to look like earth or moon or something or make a tiny solar system out of it XD
put it in a corner of your closet and pretend you never brought it, or give it to someone as a christmas present.
Maybe make shape some of it into flowers? They don't have to be perfect as long as you're having fun with it.
By modelling clay, do you mean plasticine? Build your dream home or castle. All you need is a ruler (the measuring type, not the king), a cone and a cylinder. If you have access to lacquer, you can even layer it on the surface of the plasticine to seal the shape of the plasticine and 'paint' some colours on it.
Resell it on eBay or Amazon. The shipping fee might be more than the sold price tho~ Or keep it as it is and show your grand children in the future "We used to have this thing called modelling clay and I didn't know what to do with it"
My opinion is that you let the clay decide what it wants to be. Just start, and make whatever comes to mind. It can be anything.
Yep... Good Old Non-Electronic Toys. Its good once in a while to grab your old toys and play for a while.
