I tried it. After sending the money as an RPS challenge and bringing my current nuffies to 0 I checked. Looks like it doesn't
Get canceled if you have 0ñ but more importantly I tried something else
I had 131 nuffies and I bet them all on blackjack. The thing is if you challenge justabot it doesn't automatically take the nuffies so even if you use all your money to challenge him unless you win or lose it amount in your bank doesn't change.
Then I sent all my nuffies to an inactive account in an RPS challenge. So I had 0ñ
Then I played against justabot and lost . next I canceled the RPS challenge and I went back to the same amount of nuffies I had in the beginning

 

He got tired of updating it whenever I nagged him about it... >.>
