Discussion what's your favourite font?

A bit of a weird question, but what's your favourite font you use when typing something in general? What prompted this question? Me procrastination while fixing the formatting in a document I was editing. Font styles are a mean to convey your message and add a bit of personalization, although many workplaces, sectors and schools often impose a standard font too

I personally tend to use arial because it's pretty easily readable and easy on the eye. Other than that, I'm a fan of palatino and lato, of the latter which isn't readily available on word. Times New Roman, although super common, is kinda dull and tiring to read for me personally

 

Allegre and lucida handwriting

 

When I was a kid, my favorite was Comic Sans because it was easy to read and looked cool (to me). I’m not sorry.

As an adult, I don’t have a favorite, but I use the default or Times New Roman most often. I think there was a study that showed, though, that the font that persuades people to believe what you write the most is Baskerville. Baskerville looks pretty cool, but I tend to forget about it.

Damn Comic sans was my favorite too as a kid

Arial and Calibri are my favorites, simple and easy to read~

When I was working on a manga, I liked using CC Wild Words for the speech bubbles IIRC, since people aren't that fond of Arial in mangas for some reason.

And uhn... Well, if I want a font that is a bit more stylish, I think I'll just start looking at the fonts that look handwritten. I don't have a personal favorite (mostly because I almost never do that, so I tend to forget which one I used last time), I just browse through the default options and look for something nice.

 

Style script is my favorite font because it looks basically the same as my cursive, and I write in cursive. However, for some reason, many platforms don't support it. Orz.

 

Times new roman, if I need to send a pdf/doc file.

Arial for all other purposes because it's the default font.

 

Century gothic. All the way

 

I'm old but if not for the imposed standard, I would have used Comic Sans for everything. It's easy to read, big, and looks like handwriting.

 

Times always hurt my eyes and I resented teachers that docked points for other fonts. nothing wrong with arial ffs.

 

I really like Sütterlin, makes some stuff hard to read though...

... Yeah, I have no clue what the 2nd line says. The 1st line was hard enough to get something barely readable (but still probably wrong) out of... >.>

 

Rarely typing but i kinda like Aria or Aria Black, because they're easier to read (they're bold enough). I don't know what font i use currently but the "i" or "I" is easily differentiate with "l" or "L"

 

Comic Sans or open Sans
Times New Roman reminds me too much of essays so it scares me nowadays

 

I don’t even know how to spell cursive words let alone read this but now that I’m straining my eyes I guess you can read the first line

 

Times New Roman for official papers and most monospace fonts for programming
