    Tips cooking bitter gourd..
    1. wash clean, peel, cut
    2. Put into plastic bag,add salt.. then crush and shake...rinse with water along with the plastic bag, repeat this 2nd step at least 3times
    I assure it will be less bitter
    Cause bitter gourd is effective for diabetes

    Feels like hell... me trying some online diet mayo recipe..no salt for 2weeks :"
    But it did reduce my weight tho it rebound
