I've managed to get into a pretty good routine and I have written around 150 pages for my novel. The plot of the novel seems to be pretty good but the structure and pacing seemed to suffer, should I spend time fixing the structure and the pacing before I start posting or should I start posting and fix the chapters as I post them?

If you see errors that need to be fixed don't post it. You'll find plenty more once you do.

It's really time-consuming and difficult to fix while posting. There will be times where you need to change things in your early chapters that affect later chapters. If you have to update that on 5 or 6 different websites, it gets exhausting. At least give what you have a few read-throughs and updates before you start posting.

    Good luck with your story!

You can post a couple of chapters just to find out other peoples opinion on things you might want to change or just see if anyone will volunteer for it and send them the first bit.
