You mean it's translated and it's not added in Novel Updates? If yes, you gotta ask the translator if they wanted to. Some translators don't want their translation to be listed in NU because it'll expose them to the aggregators. They can get really pissed off when the readers listed them thinking they are doing a favor when they are not.

If it's not translated, then no point listing them in NU. But you can post in Novel Pickup Request (with proper format) in case someone is interested to pick it.

If it's translated but MTL-ed (without proper edit), then don't list them either because they won't be approved.

If you are the translator and the novel page is not out even though you already created it, I heard you gotta release at least Chapter 1 to get the page visible in NU (I think). Also some rules if you are the translator
