As I remember DC comics' parent company is WB.That is also one of reason most of DC comic based TV show are on CW.

That was a vastly different time. I doubt DC would ever put a headliner as a main role on a tv series nowadays because of how high the chance is that it would hurt box office numbers. Batman is a huge draw, but wouldn't necessarily be if he had his own TV show. Especially because he could work really well. Sometimes with The Flash you see the limits of a television series budget, but much less so with Arrow and a Batman show would be closer to Arrow in that regard. At the end of the day a Batman TV series would not only hurt box office numbers but it would also be in direct competition with Arrow, if only for as long as it took to crush Arrow underfoot.
As such I doubt DC will ever do a Batman TV show, though I wouldn't necessarily say a guest appearance is completely out of the question. More to the point, the higher ups at DC have routinely been restricting the use of certain characters on their TV shows to save them for the big screen. There is a whole thing about how Supergirl was previously not allowed to have Superman appear, and the bit where Arrows Suicide Squad was systematically dismantled so as not to compete with the movie.

Good to know, Lucifer was a lot of fun to watch.

Black Lightning is getting his own live action series on FOX tv. Gotham has a sibling running along side of it.

I wouldn't mind Lex Luther or Hank Henshaw having their own show.

The show is about to start its 3rd season.... And like I said the show will most likely end with bruce donning his cape. I don't believe the director all that much he has changed a lot of things he said he would and wouldn't do

Spiderman. Heroic man with spider abilities. The movies made by hollywood were amazing. Therefore they should make a series. Spiderman is the dc hero I am most attached to at the moment
