Question Which should be read first?

I've just gotten off a quick transmigration read, and have an itch to dive into some palace drama. I like the look of Eight Treasures Trousseau, but many compare it to, To Be A Virtuous Wife, so which should be read first?

 

The one with the least chapters, maybe

 

both are from the same author so they are similar in some ways.
i have finished both but personally i enjoyed To Be A Virtuous Wife more

 

read Eight Treasures Trousseau first. ETT is like TBAVW but a lot more of an open, honest relationship.

 

This is true to an extent, but with TBAVW, allot is just left up to subtext. I enjoyed that subtext more and there is also more inner compound drama in TBAVW.

 

I think I'll go with TBAVW first, because I really want to read about inner court intrigue, thanks!
