As for me; The Best should be Xia Qingyue From Against the Gods.

Second is her personality. Although she have so many reasons to not marry YC, who is a laughing stock of the whole city, She still did. That shows how gentle her heart is. And Lastly... She's not the typical "Damsel in distress" character where you need to save her just to get her heart.. A big NO.
