    I just realized this: the MC is a loner/ Otaku NEET who gets a cheat when he is transferred, the cheat is so OP that it can't be identified by the summoner, the King throws out the MC with another girl who is also trash like him and they explore the world searching for cliché haremettes. Meanwhile, we have sidestories of the 'heroes' which only helps in building up anticipation about MC's revenge on them.

    What you specifically mentioned is not actually that common. In fact, I can't think of even one story that follows your description perfectly.

    They are meant to be NEET romance stories (not actual romance; think a man's romance) Soo many of the same works done will lead to something getting stale! Especially when JP stories often avoid actual romance or intellectual interactions. Its mainly a clear line in everything done.

    This girl hates you, you did something for her or showed an action and now she fell for you, this guys an enemy, kill the enemy, oblivious MC, hide power just cause, etc....

    It isnt any different than that I hate wimpy japanese MC thread eh? Does people feel that good if they can 1* rate a genre they hate in public? Its like one of those petty xianxia rich kid villain or something. Its an eyesore.

    Also to answer the question the majority are as the author is working off they know their own world what's wrong with that? Also there a quite a few which aren't

    why? because the authors decide it, if you aren't his parents, translators,editors, or japanese readers then you have 2 choices:
    1 don't read
    2 kill him
