And I mean DELETE, not edit. I've written some reviews before that I now feel are unfair to the novel, but I don't exactly have the time and the motivation to edit everything, so I just want to delete it. That way, new readers browsing through the reviews won't at least be misled by it. But there's no option to delete at all. Why??? Is it difficult to add a delete button? Not trying to be demanding here, I'm just really curious why we can't delete reviews.
Ask for deletion? *Edit* Oh, that's also a good idea, since all reviews/changes to reviews need to be accepted.
Oh yea, they still don't have the feature? I remember wanting to delete a review of mine like over 3 years ago but couldn't so I reported my own review. lol It's not there anymore so I think it got removed.
I tried to delete one (as the edit function did not work), and finally had to put in a formal request for deletion. They did delete it a couple of day’s later. If edit works for you, you can just change it to better reflect your current views.
@Arcturus @Lizonka @Ral @Zeusomega hit the report button on the Review. editing your review only takes it off the page form other users' view, but it does not delete your review. 'you' can still see it. and it might take even longer to get your review deleted. only 1 (ONE) person is handling reviews and its related reports. no other staffs have access to it. and that 1 person is not on NU often (in terms of time per day), reports, on the other hand, is higher priority when he did. (compared to checking reviews)
