Why did the chicken cross the road? Because he/she/it saw the question on the internet and wanted to find out.
because people has been trying to make them into fried chicken, and they trap people by crossing the road.
So this is my favorite joke. Why did the chicken cross the road? To meet his gay friend. Knock, knock. who's there? The chicken!
It was a day like any other, I woke up after my father alarmed the world, had breakfast and preceded to enjoy the day basking in the son and adventuring around the land. However today something was different from what I remember, the tall featherless chicken that usually comes to feed us came today and placed us in a cart. After that he took out a sharp silver object and took us chickens one by one behind the house, I couldn't see what he was doing but since he sometimes took the white, fluffy, four legged, wool chickens back there I just assumed he was grooming then so I took a short nap... When I woke up I was alone and no longer heard the graceful *cluck**cluck* siunds I have grown accustomed to, be only silence remianed in the air. I noticed that the cart was no longer locked so I got up since I assumed it was my turn to be groomed, I just wanted to be a good chicken, only too see that tall featherless chicken holding the sharp silver object and slamming it down hard on a table. I didn't know what was happening so I looked around and saw a fellow chicken walking around strange. I walked over to him to ask what was wrong only to discover he had no head!!! BAWK!, I screamed and looked around to see countless(at least more than I knew how to count) headless chickens lying about. I looked up and saw the featherless chicken as I saw that the sharp silver object now had blood oozing down its side. Shocked and appalled by the situation I at once knew what was happening, even though I could not believe it, and sprinted away. How could it be he had treated us so well only to myrder his own kind. I ran and ran and never looked back. I ran over grass, dirt, sticks, and rocks as I desperately needed to get away from there. While running I came across a gray path that had yellow and white lines running along it. I saw big metal chickens that ran its length much faster than one of those four legged, riding chicken chickens, however that wasn't gonna stop me as I could only think about escaping. I dutifully ran across that path and seemed to notice more featherless chickens stare at me with a puzzled looked that seemed to be asking "Why is that chicked crossing the path" as I fled into the distance and disappeared from that place never to return
