    Well than that is because the owner of the webpage choose to use an ad hosting service that featured explicit ads. A bizarre choice as for obvious reasons normal ads are always preferable to explicit ads. I mean people barely ever click ads, but with explicit ads your chances go from one in a thousand to one and a million. Obviously it makes more sense to take the first gamble.
