I haven't really used a Windows phone, I'm more of an android guy. However, I can tell you that the sync for both Google Chrome and Mozilla firefox work flawlessly between browser/phone/computer for me. Along with them both being better browsers in general for a variety of reasons, and having an easy bookmark transfer from ie built in to get you started immediately, I would recommend you just load either of them onto your computer and use them. Why try to fix your old car when a new better car is available for free?
Been using Windows 10...only got chrome, discord, steam and office... Meh.. It's too futuristic for me to use it for something else..
you can use win 7/8, but if there will be a new programm sooner or later you will unable to install it there......i think it's more convenint to install win 10, and use VNP for older programm or games
