Hello guys, stuck with one of my books. In my language, we have a word on how to describe the world dominated by technology. Is there a similar word in English? Something like Techworld or something? Not sure. For example, World dominated by magic will be something like Magic World. Thanks in advance

A technotopia ruled by a technocracy. Basically, heaven on earth. A technotopia is a governance model in which policy decisions would be made by a technocracy, a depoliticized branch of government that is staffed by highly educated scientific and technical specialists, to the exclusion of politicians or interest groups. Admission is based purely on scientific and technical expertise, as demonstrated in open, competitive examinations. Free from political interference, the technocracy makes decisions based solely on scientific evidence and instrumental rationality. At the core of technotopian thought is the conviction that technocrats will make better decisions than politicians. In their view, scientific and technological advances are inevitable and potentially beneficial, but only if they are managed by experts who can make scientifically driven decisions, free from political interference. In technotopian thought, scientific and technological advances broaden the relevance of scientifically driven decision making until the technocracy wholly supplants conventional political systems. The wealth and abundance created by a correctly managed technological infrastructure, it is argued, would eliminate the inequities that made conventional politics necessary.
I wouldn't say a world dominated by magic could be called "Magic World." What do you mean by "dominated"? For a general world with a highly integrated technology system, I'd just describe it as futuristic. If it's a not-great world with a lot of tech, then a futuristic dystopia. The "technocracy" and "technotopia" described by another commentor sounds pretty specific in its definition and may be beyond what you're looking for (which I'm assuming to be just a general term).
