I remember it was a world hopping bl. In one arc the main character was a rich boy who was beeing forced to wear female clothes and pretend to be his sister. He couldnt leave the house. Then he escaped and ran into the ML who was in a wheelchail on a golf course. ML ended up beeing a very powerfull person MCs parents were scared of. Then MC ended up going to MLs party also pretending to be his sister. I know that MC was later happy that ML was in a wheelchair bc ML always took care of him in previous worlds and now he got to take care of ML.
