I actually agree with you. Hence the first option being a remark about complaining how it was an exam for being a doctor wasn’t mentioned.

I'm always practice over theory. As long as the test is a practical one, then sure. Just plain theory doesn't do it for me. It gets forgotten in a few days.
Depends on the test and what value you are placing. I’d fail a test entirely in Russian, but I still passed my nursing boards. Neither of those dictate my inherent value as a person.
Test don't define me cause I have no idea what I had studied and I tend to forget everything after the test is over and done with
Well him failing med school doesn't define him. It defines his abilities as a doctor and they were seen as lacking. So yes you probably shouldn't trust him all that much.
