I actually agree with you. Hence the first option being a remark about complaining how it was an exam for being a doctor wasn’t mentioned.

 

Hmmm half of my class passed by copying the other half of the class’s work... and some other stuff happened... but hey they all got jobs now and doing pretty well...

I'm always practice over theory. As long as the test is a practical one, then sure. Just plain theory doesn't do it for me. It gets forgotten in a few days.

Depends on the test and what value you are placing.

I’d fail a test entirely in Russian, but I still passed my nursing boards. Neither of those dictate my inherent value as a person.

Well him failing med school doesn't define him. It defines his abilities as a doctor and they were seen as lacking. So yes you probably shouldn't trust him all that much.

 

Yes, tests should be able to define you, even if it's only an aspect of you.
