Try doing the [Save as] option of the browser(Ctrl + S for G.Chrome). There's two types can be saved in there, Select the [Webpage, HTML only]... I think that'll work.

 

Weird, I was never redirected on any site with ad blocker on...

Maybe it's something on your Ad-block settings?

As a quick bypass for similar shit ya can Ctrl+S the page and open it locally. This tend to screw most popups/redirects.

 

I don't have that problem, sounds like a virus too me. All though I use uBlock and uMatrix for Firefox, for more effective than just AD Blocker Plus alone.

 

I just read on WW earlier on mobile and reading AWE right now on my laptop. No redirects or ads. I was using chrome on mobile so no adblock. There wasn't any redirects

 

I open WW from my phone but no redirect. My Javascript is on.

 

Turn off ur javascript. This is your solution.

so far (almost 2 years) using WW on PC and mobile browser (firefox, js enabled, but with adblock installed) I have never encounter these redirect problem. but sure if you turn off adblock, those vid ads is really killing you, making loading a page with just text takes like 10s or even more.

usually tho (in my experience), if you keep getting persistent redirect/pop-up/your browser homepage is changed to something you don't, you need to run malware scan and clear all cache and cookies to be save.

WW has had a problem for over 8 mths now and I've left loads of posts in the WW forums and even rens promised fixes in this forum to me inc adding an auto-reply for when you email in a bad ad ...and yet still not done, and I keep pointing out he losing money in ad revenue but doesn't seem to care about it
