I hope he puts a void on that image. I mean, its a nice joke and all, but isn't it illegal to use the FBI symbol without permission?

Why would it be illegal? Only be illegal if he was pretending to be an agent of fbi and was enforcing something in name of fbi when he wasn't part of fbi

He didn't try to misrepresent himself, the logo was altered significantly, he's protected via provisions for media use. Satire/Parody is also protected (which this obviously was), there was even a courtcase a while back that made it a thing. So he's pretty much safe
